Overseeing Siguler Guff’s investment in Envana is Prabhas “PR” Panigrahi. PR is a Managing Director and the head of energy and infrastructure investments at Siguler Guff. PR has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry as a private equity investor, investment banker and securities analyst covering the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. PR is the Chairman of Envana’s Board of Directors, and along with Nagaraj, serves as Co-CEO.

Board Member
Adam Karpf is a portfolio manager for CIBC Private Wealth Management's Energy Infrastructure strategy. Adam has been analyzing the Energy Infrastructure industry for over 20 years, when he became a senior analyst in the equity research team at Lehman Brothers. In 2006 he was ranked No. 1 in the Oil Equipment, Services and Distribution industry in The Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" Survey in the United States. Prior to joining CIBC, Adam was the head of the Energy infrastructure research team and a portfolio manager at Magnetar Capital. Adam’s extensive experience and network of contacts have proven invaluable in allowing Envana to attract revenue-generating clients.

Board Member
Ming Ongkwan is also on Envana’s Board and is the Director of Strategic Business for Halliburton Consulting, based in Houston, Texas. He is actively involved in the energy transition of the energy industry. He joined Halliburton in 2011 as Global Operation Director for Consulting, focusing on field development and production practice areas. He has served in leadership, operation, and management consulting roles worldwide, including in India, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the United States. Ming’s international experience and involvement in the energy transition give him expert insight in assessing product-market fit and guiding Envana’s go-to-market strategy.
